While the overall community is referred to as "Talamore", there are actually five communities within Talamore. They are: Talamore (residences on the east side of Talamore Drive and the south side of Highland View Drive); Glen Moor (the patio homes on the north side of Highland View Drive and the west side of Talamore Drive); The Highlands (all residences on Glen Devon Drive); Livingston Village (all residences on McNish Drive); Scots Glen (all residences on Scots Glen Drive). Each community within Talamore has its own set of covenants that override the Talamore covenants where there is an inconsistency. For example, a resident of Scots Glen must follow the Talamore covenants, but any conflict between the Talamore covenants and the Scots Glen covenants will be resolved by applying the Scots Glen covenants. The same applies to all other communities within Talamore.
