The By-laws of Talamore Homeowners Association are Exhibit C of the Covenants and provides
for the formation and operation of the Association, including selection and terms of office
of the Board of Directors; nomination and election of the Board of Directors; powers and
duties of the Board of Directors; committee appointments; assessments; and amendments.
